Description

Building a classroom community is so important, but also time consuming! Feed two birds with one scone by using this 4Corners game to get to know your students, have your students get to know each other, initiate the discussion around the lifeskill of networking and approaching school like it's your job, AND establish student partners all in one lesson!

Using this game, students will be up and moving, they will talk to one another, and they will choose four different students to be their partners for different points throughout the semester or year. This allows students to have some form of choice in who their partners are, while also ensuring they will work with different peers throughout the year.

This game, with a DIN conversation on networking and final reflection tying back to community, will take about one class period. Questions are designed for students to have some fun, self-reflect, and evaluate what is important to them!
