HOW TO CREATE A BAR GRAPH in MICROSOFT 2013

Change up from the paper and pencil graphs to allow your students to create charts and graphs on the computer. Hopefully, “How to Create a Bar Graph” will convince you how easy it is to make the switch.

Description

You will receive both a PowerPoint presentation consisting of 13 slides and a PDF document. Use the clear, easy-to-understand screen shots in the PowerPoint, to walk students through setting up their own bar graph. For your convenience the PDF file is available if you would rather project from your computer. Either way, ALL your kids will wonder why they haven’t done this before. It’s so easy and so much fun.

Plus,

I’ve added a teacher bonus to sweeten the deal. There is a note-taking device so you can make notes as you make your initial preview before teaching the lesson—to jot down a few notes after your first time teaching “How to Create a Bar Graph”.

Teacher directions are located in the Preview File.

What I like best about this product is that once students know how to create a bar graph using technology they will astound you with their creative ideas on making new bar graphs in ALL CONTENT AREAS. Give them this tool.
