Help these ninjas identify the expanded form of the base tens. In these digital task cards, students will decompose numbers (or expand numbers) to help understand the true value of each digit. This activity allows for teachers to better gauge student understanding of this number concept.

Differentiation:

First Grade Do you need a challenge for that math wiz in your class? This deck is perfect to engage that student!

Second Grade- This deck is great for is perfect for continued reinforcement of this skill.

Third Grade- This deck is great for math RTI groups. It provides extra practice for children who don't yet understand place value concepts.
