Description

Too often we see students advance through the grade levels, yet they are lacking a solid foundation in basic math skills. Providing such a student with flash cards often yields little in the way of meaningful results.

The first page of this file contains a table of basic addition facts broken into small, manageable color family groups. The student is encouraged to focus on one color family at a time before moving onto the next color.

The second page of this file contains over 50 basic addition problems (also broken into color families). The student is asked to provide the answer to these problems from mental recall rather than from using some counting method (counting fingers, tapping, touch math, etc.)

This file contains two pages in .pdf format.
