This is a Smartboard lesson the gives students the opportunity to create and interpret data from bar graphs. They will use data that is already provided on some pages. Other pages allow the class to create their own graphs using their own data. Each graph that has the data provided is followed with questions that require the students to interpret the data. The interactive graphs are awesome! Look closely at the pages in the preview file. As the colored circles are moved up a matching bar appears on the graph. The last page is a template of this graph so you can add additional graphs if your students would like to do so. The preview file has thumbnail shots of many of the pages in this lesson. Students love creating the bar graphs in this file.
