This is a very basic editable weekly reading log that can be edited. It goes great with programs that count the number of pages rather than the number of minutes read. It also only has the parents sign once a week. (Let's be realistic here!) If you wanted to add in more columns, you could easily do so.

This is also a very valuable resource when it comes to reading tests that require an interest survey asking about books that the child recently read.
