This digital activity was a fun and simple way for students to review exponent rules. Students solved straightforward math problems involving exponent laws like product of powers, quotient of powers, and zero exponents. After each correct answer, they received a short clue that allowed them to move on to the next slide, adding a light “puzzle-solving” element that kept them engaged. While the format was easy to follow and great for independent or partner work, the final slide had a glitch that revealed the answer too soon. I had to manually fix it to preserve the challenge. Once that was addressed, the activity ran smoothly and served as a good reinforcement tool for basic exponent rules.

My students did so well with this resource! My students were able to do the escape room independently after a few examples. Took my students about 15 minutes to complete and I loved that it told them they were almost finished as they were approaching completion. I am always looking for opportunities for them to work independently, this worked fantastic! Thank you so much for creating this resource.
