Basic Fraction Task Cards focusing on counting shaded parts - progressing through squares, circles and triangles. Included increased difficulty cards (i.e. What is the fraction for the green shaded part?)
Directions:
Print task cards on cardstock, cut out each card, and then laminate for frequent use.
Task cards can be used during independent, 1:1, or small group instruction.
Students can look at the picture and answer, respond to teacher questions, or have students ask each other.
Students can use clothespins, dry erase markers, bingo-dabbers, point, or use their words to answer.
Data collection sheet and answer key included!
