This resource was perfect for what I needed, thank you!
I used this rubric because it is easy for the students to understand. They understood what I was looking for using this rubric.
It took very little time to download and it helped the students specifically critique each other. I loved the detailed description of each category: vocal technique, rehearsal, movements and gestures, memorization, emotion. Much easier than the students writing their own score. They merely circle the score (5,10, 15, 20) for each category. I will probably add at the top: Performer Name, Critiqued By, Date, and Class Period, and then also a place for Extra Notes and comments at the bottom.
This is helpful at showing my kids what I do and dont want to see without having to create it myself, thank you!
Had to edit a few of the Level 1 and 2 expectations so they were worded a bit friendlier.
I used this as a template for audition monologues. It was a great resource to adapt for my own purpose.
Exactly what I needed! Perfect for new teachers learning how to make assessment!
I hate making rubrics. This is simple and effective. Thank you!
