This pack includes resources for basic reading and phonics work in the form of Interactive PDF's, Boom Cards and NO PREP Print and Go worksheets! There are 40-70 slides included in each of the resources! Having access to ALL three of these formats in one resource ensures you can use this resource both now during distance learning and next school year as part of your regular classroom routine! This deck can EASILY be used all school year as routine binder work, independent work, technology work and small group instruction! The possibilities are endless!
Interactive PDFs:
These can be opened on any smart device (tablet, computer or smartphone). Once downloaded these do not require wifi! There is no specific app to download, whatever your device's default for opening PDF's is will allow you to access this resource. Students answer questions and are provided immediate feedback as they work their way though the deck! They are shown a correct answer slide for correct answers, and an incorrect slide for each incorrect answer. If they get the answer incorrect the PDF automatically takes them back to re-do the question!
NO PREP Print and Go Worksheets:
The worksheets here provide the exact same content as the slides, just in a printable format. You have the option of printing each slide on it's own page (perfect for putting in a binder or displaying on an easel during group work), printing 2 slides per page (for binder work) or printing either 4 or 6 slides to a page for an easy worksheet. Having all these different options, but keeping the format and content the same allows you multiple ways for teaching content, independent practice and assessment! The variety of formats ensures can use this resource all year long in the classroom!
Boom Cards- This gives you access to a deck of boom cards.
To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account.
