Description
I use this checklist to check off what students know or don't know yet. Using pencil allows me to erase and make changes as the year progresses.
I can also change skills, or words, each year if necessary, and I can use this as a goal-setting tool with each student.
I provide a copy to parents at the end of each 9 weeks so that they know where their child is and where he/she is headed since most of this detailed information is not part of our report card. Weaknesses can be seen at a quick glance.
A copy can also be given to administration to prove documentation if desired.

This is what I was looking for! I had almost decided to just make my own and then I found this. It's exactly what I need!
Great resource to share skills to parents.
A great free resource! Thank you!
Great for using to find if a child is meeting milestones or for baselines.
I liked the fact that so many skills were on one page. I could also align the sight words to the school's list. It really let me know where my students are struggling. Thank you
Thank you. Nice product.
Can't wait to use this!!! Thank You very much!!!
You're welcome, hope it's helpful!
This was great to use for parent conferences!
I do the same. I even send them with a blank copy since I add on to the one I'm using.
