More fun than linear skip counting exercises, students write the numbers on beads arranged in bracelets according to the rule. Six bracelets per page, six beads per bracelet. Addition and subtraction of a single digit starting from a gven number on the first bead. On pages 7 and 8, the students must figure out the rule for themselves. Page 9 is a blank master for you or your students to devise more puzzles. I would not assign them all at once... I give one or two per lesson over a couple weeks. Enjoy!
