Here you can follow a set of weekly lessons with activities for beginning readers. This is week 1. Each week has a similar set of activities to build knowledge of letter sounds, word families, sight words, and to begin to read decodable books. Week 1 covers beginning consonant sounds, beginning and ending consonant sound n, the letter sounds for B, R, S, and M and high frequency word review. Each week has audio files so that students can listen and practice at home with you and independently during distance learning. More weeks to come!
