A competency tracker spreadsheet to support trainees working toward their BCBA certification. This is designed to be a self-management tool to help trainees keep an eye on their progress with the understanding of task list items. The tracker lists each task list number and item and a scoring rubric to rate your familiarity with each item at any point in your exam preparation. There is a column for the trainee competency rating as well as a column for an optional supervisor rating. You might work with a supervisor to practice defining and explaining items in behavior analytic and layman's terms followed so that your supervisor can provide a competency rating to compare to your own.
Each column auto-calculates a score and competency percentage based on how items are scored. The percentage boxes change color to indicate higher competence in an area. On the third tab, all scores are auto-populated in tables for a summary view of your progress. Percentages will change color to indicate higher competence on this page as well.
