Description
This bundle includes several EDITABLE, Microsoft Word behavior charts to help track, organize, and inform parents about student behaviors at school. These charts can be used for data collection, as an incentive tracker, or as a means of communication with parents.
The following charts are included in this bundle:
- Individualized Daily Behavior Chart (Glow/Grow): You will select 3 ideal student behaviors and track the student's work toward these behaviors throughout the day. The schedule is broken down by class (our schedule is divided into 3 blocks, but you can edit it to fit your needs) to help with students who may need incentives throughout the day instead of just earning a reward at the end of the day. This kind of scheduled multiple incentives can be useful for students just starting with a behavior chart or your hardest to reach students. The student and I would select the prizes together at the beginning of each day and the one toward the end of the day would be a bit bigger.
- Individualized Weekly Behavior Chart: This chart is broken down by day for the entire week. It is similar to the Daily Behavior Chart, but is less detailed. Once a student was successful with the Daily Behavior Chart, we would move to this one to "take off the training wheels" and wean the student off all the extrinsic prizes.
- Daily Behavior Log Planner Slips: These are small slips of paper (I would usually copy on bright cardstock and cut out to have a bunch on hand) that can be used as a form of communication with parents to inform them of student behaviors each day. The parents have a space to respond and sign to return the slip to the teacher the following day.
- Schedule Behavior Chart: This is similar to the daily behavior chart, but breaks it down into smaller chunks of time. The broken-down schedule allows for clearer data collection. This chart is not used to incentivize behavior for the student, but is more of a means of behavior tracking for the teacher, student, parents, or administration to discuss.
- School Cash Incentive Menu: This menu is great to give students opportunities to turn in their school cash/bucks for prizes. This is completely editable, so if you have additional prizes available in your classroom/school, you can always make changes. This chart also works really well for students to redeem Class Dojo points for rewards too!
