There is always a chance to turn a negative day into a positive day with the use of this snazzy behavior chart. This chart allows students and teachers to work together to find opportunities to make positive choices throughout each school day.

Three sections allow a clear view of how the student is progressing in each area.

Effort- The effort column allows the student and teacher to rate the effort shown that day on a (1-3) numerical scale.

Grow- The grow section provides a talking point of opportunities for the student to "grow" their behavior choices in a more positive direction

Glow- It's time to brag! This section allows the "behavior discussion" to end on a positive note. Write all the positives that happened that day and encourage more choices that will fill up this section!

I use this sheet to track my students that are in the RTI (Response to Intervention) process for effort or behavior challenges.
