Great behavior modification tool!!

To me, respect in a classroom is the utmost important aspect of a learning environment, so this behavior modification tool focuses on respect among the offending student, the teacher, and his/her peers.

**It also provides a written record of the detention as well as the teacher/student conference in case administrators, parents, or others ever need to see your course of action.**

FULLY EDITABLE! Change the fonts, add your school or district logo, etc. to make it your own!

Suggestions for use: When a student does not meet your behavior expectations after you have already given him/her a warning, issue that student a lunch detention. During the detention, have the student fill out the handout. When he/she finishes, read the responses and conference with him/her.

I have found that their answer to the last question tends to be the most interesting and important. The detention is over once this sheet has been correctly completed and you have conferenced with the student.

Met expectations
Great value
This behavior evaluation saved me tons of time and helped me manage some repeat-offenders in my classroom. Now I just print these out when I need to remove a student from a group or when I assign a lunch detention. They fill it out and wait for me to go over it with them before they are allowed to rejoin their groups. I’m glad I now have a written record of my behavior management. I think this resource will really help me solidify my classroom management as I gain more experience.
