This is a Behavior expectation chart created for a student with an IEP that had a difficult time understanding consequences along with cause and effect. This is created to review with the student so they understand what behavior is expected and what the consequences will be if they do not meet that expectation. It worked very well with the student it was made for, and was integrated into their IEP. You can edit it to suit specific expectations for your student.
