Description

Let's reward behavior and goal setting with these, simple to use, behavior cards.

What's included?

-Four Versions of behavior cards (all tailored for a different purpose)

1. Individual Compliment Cards (4 per page) Each card has a checkbox to select the behavior the student displayed. These are simple to just check and send home with the student to show parents.

2. Individual Compliment Cares (2 per page). Each card has a checkbox to select the behavior the student displayed, but also includes a comments section where you can write more details.

Behaviors on the checkbox are the following:

  • Being a great friend
  • Helping classmates
  • Showing great manners
  • Following instructions 
  • Showing effort 
  • Other: _____________

3. Individual Behavior/Goal Card (4 per page) where students can focus on a goal/behavior. When completed, the student can add a sticker to their chart and once filled, send home or reward the student.

4. Whole class Behavior/Goal Card (1 per page) where the class can work together to earn a reward. This is similar to the individualized card, but intended for the entire class.

Each version includes many themes suited for each month.

January: “Caught Making Great Choices” (Penguin theme)

Snow Proud of your great choices. (snowman theme)

February: ”I love your great behavior choices.” (heart theme)

March: “I’m lucky you’re making great choices.” (clover theme)

April: “It’s Raining Great choices.” (umbrella theme)

“I found you making great choices.” (egg hunt theme)

May: “You are buzzing with great choices.” (bee theme)

June/July/August: “I’m having a “ball” watching your great choices.” (ball theme) 

“You are a pocketful of sunshine.” (sun theme) 

 “Cherry on top behavior” (ice cream theme) 

September: “Let’s write about your great choices.” (pencil theme)

October: “Picking” great behavior at the Learning Patch (pumpkin theme) 

November: “Gobbling up Great behavior” (turkey theme) 

December: “Great behavior 

 jumped out of the oven.” (gingerbread theme) 

“Your behavior brightens 

up my day.” (tree theme)
