This is a behavior log that can be used daily for communication between home and school. The morning section of the behavior log should be filled out by either the parents or the day care provider to provide the teacher with information regarding the child's start of the day; same with the afternoon portion. The stars serve as motivation for the student to manage behavior throughout the day; the parents provide either a daily or weekly reward for the number of stars earned, for example 3/5 stars or 5/7 stars.
