I created this behavior sheet to meet the needs of many of my students who need a visual to stay on task. You can change the text, edit the goals, add your own fun fonts, borders, or clip art.
This behavior chart has worked for almost all of my students. I like to make it a bit simpler for the younger students with fewer goals.
