This FULL YEAR of editable assessment sheets allow you to assess and monitor student behavior as you head back to school this year!!! Coupled with a behavior management plan (See https://yoursmarticles.blogspot.com/p/behavior-management.html for some GREAT tips!) these sheets will become a valuable classroom management tool.
There is one sheet per month. They come as a PowerPoint file and can be edited as needed. Each sheet includes month title, dates for 2019-2020 school year and boxes to monitor student Behavior, Materials, Homework and Participation in class. If a student does NOT meet expectations in any of the given area, a signature is placed on the sheet. At the end of the week, clean sheets are celebrated with a class game.
Assessment sheets can be saved and shared with someone at home regarding student performance. Very motivating.
