This chart is a helpful tool to use with a student that is learning how to follow the group plan in the classroom. It can be used to earn a movement break or other agreed upon rewards.

To prepare: Copy and laminate. Cut out the ten stickers on the bottom half of the page. Attach velcro dots on the back of each sticker and to the inside of each ten frame box. The laminating will allow you to change the reward to fit your student's individual needs. The stickers can also be reused multiple times within one day or as needed.
