Behavior Modification Plan
Share

Description

As a way to improve this quarter’s classwork score, the following student will be given a behavior plan to modify in-class activities. The intent of this plan is to motivate your child to remain focused and on task throughout the day.

Your child will self-assess in 10-minute intervals. After each interval, if your child has checked all expected criteria, he/she will be given a one-minute break. After seven consecutive intervals, if your child remains on task, he will be given a check for the day. If all school days are checked in the week, your child will earn a bonus point to use on any test this year.
