I am SO glad I started using this resource. It has made a tangible impact on my classroom management practice. Kids want to earn their positive note home and they definitely avoid the negative report. Pro tip: print the positive and negative on different colored paper so students (and you) can easily see which is which -- a month into using them, all I needed to do was hold up a pink note (negative) and students would reassess their choices. :)
