Daily Behavior Note – Editable

Put this note in your students' take home folders and highlight their behavior for the day! Parents initial each day when they have seen the folder. You can edit the text to add notes such as snack days, dress-up days, field trips, reminders, etc. There is a second page to customize list of behaviors, for example:
