This quick, easy to use form allows the observer to document a target student's behavior, as well as the behavior of a classmate, and the assigned activity at ten second intervals for up to 21 minutes. The information collected assists the observer in determining time-on-task and possible motives for behavior. It also allows the observer to compare the target student's behavior to another classmate's behavior.
