Use this product to have students reflect on unwanted behaviors. Students start by checking the box or boxes of what unwanted behavior they are displaying, and then they use the other three boxes to reflect further on the situation. The second page is a short paragraph for students to copy to remind them of appropriate behaviors. Depending on their grade or reading level, students may need the teacher to work through this with them. The teacher could use these papers to reflect on the situation with the student to prevent future behaviors. Students could verbally give answers to the teacher, and the teacher could write for them if needed. This would be great for documenting students' behaviors or to present to parents.
