Here are behavior sheets with a happy, ok, and sad face. This form is editable so you can fit it to your student's needs. When a student is displaying that behavior I color in the face that matches their behavior. I've also included colored faces so while you are teaching you can hold the faces up for the student. I give my student's a reward after they get so many happy faces.
