Editable behavior recording sheets are a great way to monitor class conduct. There is a class roster sheet that stays on my clipboard. I document good and bad behavior. This sheet also has a space to document parent contact. This sheet is editable allowing you to type in the date and the students names, or choose to print and hand write them in. The second sheet is their individual weekly conduct sheet that goes home in their folder for their parents to sign at the end of the week. On this sheet, I record anything that was written on my clipboard sheets for that student. There is a list of abbreviations that I use when making notes on my clipboard sheet. These abbreviations help save time and space when documenting. I have included a good behavior class award certificate and a note home to parents sheet. This unit is a great way to stay organized in a busy classroom! The sheets look great printed in color, gray scale, or black and white!
