Print this task card on card stock and laminate. This resource is used to help provide motivation. All you need to do is create any incentive to go with this task. We bought a mini basketball shooter from the dollar store that accompanies this motivator. In top right corner of the sheet, I have left the "Rules of the Game" for our incentive. This will be left editable. Also included are small basketballs and a grid-basketball. The small basketballs are to be laminated and cut out. Put Velcro on both the task sheet and basketballs. For every completed task, place a basketball on the task card. For us, each basketball earned at the end of a subject period, we give an opportunity to shoot. Each basket made, the student colors in the grid-basketball. When it is completely filled in, the student has earned a larger prize. (For us, we are awarding a movie party for the class. This encourages peer support.)
