This behavior tracker is used for keeping track of student behavior to help with conferences, goal setting, IEPs, and counseling. This has helped me be really targeted with specific interventions and behavior plans, as well as giving parents a view into certain issues students are having. The numbers at the bottom are what I write down for each day. This can travel with them from class to class or stay in your one classroom.
