Essentially, do you need a nice and convenient way to tracking the behaviors of your students? Also a way, in the same vein, to list what steps you've taken already?

What it is:

• Essentially it's a way to track student behaviors for the week. I say weekly because each segment has five days worth but it can be expanded based on need.
• This is perfect for educators to keep track of specific behaviors to show for both the parents and admin.

What to do:

• Simply open it up and write in the date of the incident and mark all the occurrences that apply.
• Wherein, you can write up notes about the details that happened.

There are three categories included in regards to the student's behavior:

1. Affecting Academics
2. Affecting Self or Others
3. Interventions/Penalties Taken - (By the Teacher or Admin Staff)
