This is a weekly behavior tracking chart. If you are not a fan of a color-coded behavior chart/calendar, this may be the behavior management plan you've been looking for! It is sent home weekly (I use Fridays), and tracks behavior throughout the week. I inform parents that it is intentionally vague so that they have a bit of a picture of how their child behaves during the week.
