A selection of six great resources to help you monitor the behavior and performance of your studnents (as well as having the students keep track of their own progress).
*Especially helpful for any educator who is working with Special Education students.*
Tools included in download:
- Think Sheet: To be filled out by students have a classroom rule has been violated or student has forgotten homework or other necessary items. Space is provided for student to reflect upon their mistake as well as for parent signatures as needed.
- Daily/Weekly Student Behavior Logs: Used by students and teacher at the end of every day to monitor how students are doing with behaviors necessary to succeed in school (i.e. staying in seat, demonstrating appropriate behavior, etc.)
- Contact Log: An easy-to-use way to keep track of communication between teacher and parent/guardian. A MUST for any educator who works with students with IEPs, 504 plans, or students who require a lot of parental contact.
- Homework/Organization Check Form: Many students now are required to have their homework, agenda books, or organization checked every morning by a teacher or paraprofessional. This form makes the process quick, easy, and documented for future parent meetings.
Each item can also be purchased individually.
