This is a set of 48 BLANK lesson plan templates for you to write on. Just print it and fill in the blanks for each day!
This download is intended to be a snapshot to send home to parents, turn in to administrators and/or hang in your classroom so that everyone will know your basic plan for the day. This is not intended for detailed lesson plans, the boxes are much to small for that (see preview file).
NOT editable. This is a print it out and write on it document.
Each template is the same 5 day layout with various different pictures to brighten it up. I included a template for each as many themed units as I could think of as well as major holidays that happen during the school year. I've also included various holidays and a few generic themed templates if one of your weeks isn't included. See the list below for exact themes. Even if your theme is named something different than mine, you should still be able to find something that works.
These are all full color. If you desire black and white with no picture please see our Basic Blank Template.
