This compressed zip file includes 17 files.

  • There are 15 editable instructional rounds forms that you can use to observe teams of teachers or individual teachers during face-to-face and online learning.
  • For your convenience, six of the forms are specifically tailored for monitoring and supporting the implementation of the OWC Instructional Framework.
  • All the templates include form fields that you may use to define the desired teaching and learning behaviors that you will “look for” when observing classrooms in your district or school. The remaining forms are designed to support action planning.
  • This resource also includes two Excel workbooks for data reporting that have editable drop-down menus and data summary tables. One Excel template includes two pre-populated bar graphs, and the other includes an action plan template for instructional leaders. These tools can be edited and used to assess fidelity or quality of implementation and compliance of any focus area.
