Have students investigate the periodic table trends that are based on Bohr-Rutherford diagrams (period trend, group trend, and reactivity trends - alkali metals, alkali earth metals, halogens, noble gases). They will consolidate using 12 digital task cards. This product was created for use with Google Slides™️. In the editing mode students will be able to utilize drag and drop to interact with the lesson. If your students have the Chrome™️ extension Google Read and Write™️ they can have the text read to them for this product. Students need to be able to view the presentation in edit mode so this activity may not work well on mobile or tablet devices.
This is a download of a digital folder for Google Drive™️. It includes a student version (8 slides - 1 is a terms of service), teacher version with solution pages) and (17 slides - student slides, solution slides, instructions, terms of service)
This is a digital version of part of the in class note and activity found HERE. This version contains much of the same content though due to the nature of delivery differences exist.
