This is the form you would use when you are introducing book reports for the first time in your classroom. You might be planning on sending the assignment of book reports home but first want to walk your students through the process of understanding literary work. I use this form to study a book we have read in Literature Circles then they create in small groups dioramas. Best for second or third grade.
