Prepositions - Basic Concepts - BOOM Cards™ –Clickable Digital Task Cards
This Prepositions Clickable Deck is a 20 card deck, used in classrooms to support students to identify basic positional prepositions. This deck of 20 cards allows students to identify the preposition that matches the image. This deck requires your students to click on the correct response to complete the sentence. These cards do not contain audio.
This resource has been designed to support teachers and students through this challenging time of distancing learning. This Boom Cards™ activity is designed to engage students in Kindergarten/Foundation to Year 2 however it could also be used for older students who require learning support intervention.
BONUS - TEACHER/PARENT INSTRUCTION LETTERS WITH VISUALS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED FOR DECKS, FASTPIN AND GOOGLE CLASSROOMS.
Boom cards are brilliant for distance learning as they can be used on ANY interactive device - laptop, desktop, tablet and ipad as long as the student has an internet connection. Boom Cards™ can be glitchy if used on phones so would recommend larger devices for students. Students are able to play with the deck of Boom Cards™ without needing to pay for any membership or subscription.
This is an Australian Made Resource which aligns to Year 1 and 2 in the Australian Curriculum .This click the correct answer style deck works particularly well for students who are using the deck on ipads and tablets.

Once distance learning and this pandemic is over then Boom Cards™ can be used on your classroom interactive whiteboard, Chromebooks and your class iPads. They are an excellent addition to whole class warm ups, fast finisher activities, morning work, independent work, homework activities and literacy groups.
Students find them highly engaging and what makes your life easier as a teacher is the fact that these interactive cards mark themselves!! Students do not need to resubmit their work via Google Classroom or SeeSaw. The students get instant feedback as to whether their answer is correct or incorrect. As the teacher you can also track student progress.

What is included with this resource?
These 20 digital task cards on the BOOM Learning website covers Prepositions - Basic Positional Concepts.
Students can read the instructions on each slide. Students then click the correct response.
All 20 cards (1 activity per slide) are 'click the correct response' style. Feedback is immediate with a green circle if correct. If incorrect a red circle appears on the number and students can attempt the task again. Students will be given several attempts until all numbers are correct.

Teacher Notes on how to use these Boom Cards™ in your classroom.
The 20 digital task cards use the click the correct response answer style of questions where students type click the correct answer - easy and engaging.
