Use this digital crack the code activity to have your students practice r-controlled vowels!
These Google Slides can easily be assigned through Google Classroom to assess student learning.
Students will look at the picture, click on the box to type in the first sound that they hear, and finish by reading the word. Extend this activity by having students number a paper (#1-8) to draw a picture of what they read! The corresponding numbers are on slides making it easy to review answers. The final slide is a bonus page and allows students to come up with their own secret code!
