I am an band teacher and I needed a way to keep track of how much I was spending. I am also a math teacher, so I have patience for writing formulas.

To use this workbook, fill in any transactions on the "Ledger" sheet then flip to the "Summary" sheet to see statistics and visual summaries of your spending. After you enter a transaction, the new budget balance and total balance is automatically calculated. You can filter the "Summary" sheet by date so you can see the statistics for a particular quarter, semester, or year. A booster club's dream!

This was inspired by my need as a music teacher, but it is not grade or subject specific. If you have budget balances to keep track of, then this will fit your need!
