Surveys are a classroom favorite!

This download includes 4 bug-themed classroom surveys. Each survey comes in a full sheet and a half sheet format.

HOW TO USE THIS RESOURCE

With a clipboard (optional), and a pencil (or other writing instrument), students circulate the classroom or school asking others the question atop the survey. As others respond, the student records answers with a tally mark.

These surveys can be used to enhance learning in numerous ways:
