Description

Building Character Reflection Sheets.

Kids make poor choices at times, but they want to be seen as good and worthy. Use this internal drive to encourage more healthy decision making.

These sheets can be used to reflect on how to build the healthy traits rather than asking what happened and why is it bad. This can open the dialogue on how to show positive traits - a skill some kids are still developing.

Each sheet has a brief definition of the character trait, a poem or short story to help them understand, a space for them to reflect on the behavior that did not show the trait and a space to write new ways to demonstrate it. You can direct them to use the whole sheet or just portions based on their abilities.

Sheets include topics such as kindness, cooperation and sharing. There is a general sheet to use to cover a trait not included, and a sheet that can be paired with a reading.
