This 160 page resource has been updated (June 2020) to now include a digital component to use with distance learning! It's perfect for teachers who want to increase the rigor in 3rd grade multiplication, but keep the interest level high. These interactive sheets will keep your learners engaged, all year long!
Students cut & paste numbers and symbols to create the problem. Then, they write the fact family, use the commutative property to express the equation, and design a word problem to match the equation they created. Finally, they will illustrate the problem correctly, and write the repeated addition equation.
DIGITAL LEARNING: The digital version of this resource includes answer spaces for students to type their answers for each page. There is a mix of single answer spaces and multiple answer spaces! You can assign some or all of the pages for your students to complete in Google classroom.
