This activity for the spring pocket chart center will provide practice building simple sentences about spring using 26 sight word and seasonal word cards.

The cards are color-coded to provide extra support for your earliest readers. The first words in the sentences are green and the 3 punctuation cards are red.

There are also models of 26 sentences that students can build using these word cards. Three easy-to-assemble pointers are included to aid practice with one-to-one matching and directionality.

A student response page is also included.

Use these materials at your pocket chart center, a desktop activity, or with small groups. Great for literacy centers or fast finishers!
