Butterfly Theme Count & Match File Folder Game: This is a great spring theme file folder game for your students. It’s a fantastic way for them to practice one-to-one correspondence by counting how many butterflies are on each butterfly flashcard as well as number recognition practice. There are #2 pages of numbers 1-10 as well as two pages of flashcards with the corresponding number of butterflies for each number 1-10.

Print, laminate, and attach the #2 pages with numbers on them to a file folder. Then cut out and laminate the butterfly flashcard strips. Once everything is laminated attach a velcro dot below each numerical number and then attach velcro dots on the top of the opposite side of the paper strips with the number of corresponding butterflies on them.
