This product gives you assessments (via Google Forms) for the following 4th grade CCSS: RI.1-9 (Reading: Informational Text).

You must use a Google Account to use this product. Being somewhat familiar with Google products will be helpful in utilizing this product. After your purchase, you will get a PDF with links to each Form. You will make a copy of the Form in your Google Drive. From there, you can make edits/adjustments before sharing it with your students using your delivery method of choice (i.e. Google Classroom, email, etc.)

Please note: your recipients for this Form must have a Google Account if you enable certain features in the Form (such as limit to one response). Please ensure you're familiar with how to use Google Forms before purchasing this product.
