<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

This bundle includes my CGI Problems of the Day for the Year!, CGI Problems of the Day in Spanish for the Year!, and my 2nd Grade CGI Problems of the Day for the Whole Year. It gives students a CGI problem of the day each day of the year to solve in their math notebook. The CGI problem types will be introduced in the following order, and includes 24 CGI problems per month, with the exception of December and May which include 16 CGI problems each:

CGI Problems of the Day {September}: students are introduced to Joint Result Unknown (3+6=_), Joint Change Unknown (3+_=9),

and Joint Start Unknown (_+6=9)

CGI Problems of the Day {October}: Students are introduced to Separating Problems: Separate Result Unknown, Separate Start Unknown,

and Separate Change Unknown.

CGI Problems of the Day {November}: Students are introduced to Part Part Whole CGI Problems.

CGI Problems of the Day {December}: is a review of all the CGI problems learned so far. It includes all types of joint problems, all types of

separating problems, and all types of Part Part Whole problems.

CGI Problems of the Day {January}: Students are introduced to Comparing Problems. Difference Unknown (6-3=_), Quantity Unknown (3+2=_),

and Reference Unknown (5-2=_)

CGI Problems of the Day {February}: Students are introduced to multiplying and dividing problems. Multiplication (3x3=_), Measurement Division

(9/3=_), Partitive Division (12/3=_)

CGI Problems of the Day {March} is a review of Joining and Separating problems

CGI Problems of the Day {April} is a review of Part Part Whole and comparing problems

CGI Problems of the Day {May} is a review of multiplication and division problems

I used these for the first month or so but then felt the need to make my own to truly be CGI and include my own students names and situations that related to us. I also needed to change the content of the questions to match current curriculum goals a little more.

The resource is standards-aligned, and follows the CGI framework overall. This resource does not align with the caliber of typical TPT resources of this type and price point due to a lack of careful proofreading before publishing and selling, and a lack of care in editing (matching fonts, aesthetics).
