Description
With this checklist, keep track of the progress your students are making during CGI time. While assessing CGI with a grade is difficult because of the use of multiple strategies and numbers, this chart provides you a way to track students and provide parents and administrators with evidence of how your students are performing and also helps you make instructional decisions on which direction to take your students next.
After recording data on this checklist, think about the following questions in order to guide your next moves:
1. How did the students perform on this problem?
2. How did my number choices affect their performance?
3. How could I change the number choices to get the desired effect?
4. What students struggled? Could I differentiate for them?
